Sydney Banks Books Audio CDs DVDs
Sydney Banks, author and philosopher, delivers a simple message:
“…if you can find the true nature of Mind, Consciousness and Thought, you’ll free yourself for the rest of your life. You’ll take yourself into mental health and you’ll stay there because you’ll start to realize that it is all thought. Every bit of anger you have, every bit of jealousy you have, every bit of emotional despair that you have is all created from the personal mind. When you go beyond the personal mind, you will find the secret to life.”
“Secret to the Mind” was the first in a series of four lectures given by Sydney Banks on Oahu on October 12, 2001.
Runtime 30 minutes
