The Fox and the Hound 2 is a 2006 American direct-to-video animated drama film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by the Walt Disney Company. A sequel to the 1981 animated film The Fox and the Hound, the film centers around the adventures of Copper, Tod’s best friend, and a female fox named Vixey. The film was directed by Jim Kammerud and Brian Smith, and written by Kammerud, Smith, and David Lipman.

The film was first released on DVD on December 12, 2006. It was later released on Blu-ray Disc on November 3, 2009.
