The 1981 Mercedes 300 Cd is a two-door hardtop coupe that was manufactured by Mercedes-Benz. It was the successor to the W126 model and was available with a six-cylinder or V8 engine. The 300 Cd was the only model in the W126 range that was not available with a diesel engine.
