The Sopranos is an American crime drama television series created by David Chase. The series revolves around the fictional New Jersey-based Italian-American mobster Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini) and his family. The show features Tony’s wife Carmela (Edie Falco), son AJ (Robert Iler), daughter Meadow (Jamie-Lynn Sigler), and father Giovanni (Tony Lip), as well as Tony’s cousins Christopher Moltisanti (Michael Imperioli) and Furio Giunta (Steven Van Zandt), and Tony’s friend Artie Bucco (John Ventimiglia).
