Windows 10 makes it easy to open a CD.

To open a CD on Windows 10, first insert the CD into your computer’s CD drive. Once the CD is inserted, the Windows 10 automatically begins playing the CD. If the Windows 10 does not automatically begin playing the CD, you can open the CD by clicking on the Windows 10 Start button and then clicking on the CD icon.
