There are a few methods that can be used to reduce the cooldown of Fae Guardians.
The first is to use the cooldown reduction talents that are available to the Fae Guardian. These talents can be found on the Abilities tab in the Hero Panel.
The second method is to use items that have a cooldown reduction effect. These items can be found in the Equipment tab in the Hero Panel.
The third method is to use the Glyph of the Fae Guardian. This glyph can be found in the Abilities tab in the Hero Panel.
