All Dogs Go to Heaven is a 1989 American animated musical comedy-drama film directed by Don Bluth and produced by Goldcrest Films. It tells the story of Charlie B. Barkin ( voiced by Burt Reynolds), a roguish German shepherd who is sent to Heaven after being killed by a crime lord, and his partnership with a young orphan girl named Anne-Marie ( voiced by Judith Barsi), who teaches him the true meaning of love and sacrifice.
