Sims 4 is a life simulation video game developed by Maxis and The Sims Studio and published by Electronic Arts. It was released on September 2, 2014 for Microsoft Windows. A Mac OS X version was announced for release on February 17, 2015. The game is the fourth installment in The Sims franchise.
