“American History X” is a 1998 American crime drama film directed by Tony Kaye, and starring Edward Norton and Edward Furlong. It tells the story of two brothers, one a white nationalist, and the other a black activist, and their struggle to reconcile their differences.
The film was released in the United States on October 30, 1998, and was met with critical acclaim. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Picture, and won awards for Best Actor (Norton) and Best Supporting Actor (Furlong).
