Vlc Wont Play Dvd

If you’re having trouble getting VLC to play DVDs, there are a few things you can try.

First, try installing the libdvdcss2 package. This package provides support for decoding DVDs with VLC.

If that doesn’t work, you may need to enable the DVD decoder in VLC. To do this, open VLC and go to Tools Preferences. In the Preferences window, click on the Video tab. Under the Output selection, make sure the DVD decoder is enabled.

If you’re still having problems playing DVDs in VLC, try installing the libdvdnav4 package. This package provides support for navigating DVDs with VLC.
