Jackson Browne has just released a new CD, “Solo Acoustic, Vol. 2”. This CD is a follow-up to his first solo acoustic CD, released in 2006.

The new CD features 14 tracks, all recorded live in the studio. Browne plays guitar and sings on all tracks, accompanied only by his own guitar playing.

The CD has a very mellow, acoustic feel, and showcases Browne’s trademark melodic songwriting and soulful vocals. Highlights include the heartfelt ballad “These Days”, the gospel-tinged “I Am A Patriot”, and the moving “The Road”.
