Miracle on 34th Street is a 1994 American Christmas fantasy film written and directed by John Hughes, and produced and narrated by Richard Donner. It is a remake of the 1947 film of the same name. The film stars Richard Attenborough, Mara Wilson, Elizabeth Perkins, Dylan McDermott, and James Remar.

The film tells the story of Kris Kringle (Attenborough), a man who is declared insane and institutionalized, but who ultimately proves that he is the real Santa Claus.
