Computer Explores Moon Far Side So

For the first time, a computer has autonomously explored the far side of the moon. This development was made possible through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.

The computer system, called farside, was designed by a team of researchers at the University of Toronto. It was sent to the moon in June of this year and completed its mission in August.
