The new DVD release, “Many Saints of Newark” celebrates the city’s rich Catholic history with a compilation of footage from the archives of the Newark Archdiocese.

The DVD includes a history of the Archdiocese of Newark, footage of current and former Cardinals, interviews with Newark Mayor Cory Booker and Archbishop John Myers, and a tour of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.

Also included are scenes of the city’s many saints, including St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. James Church, and the former St. Benedict’s Monastery.
