Personal computer sales are in a slump. This is according to the latest report from Gartner. Worldwide PC shipments totaled 68.5 million units in the second quarter of 2018, a 1.4 percent decline from the same period last year. It’s the 12th consecutive quarter of decline for the PC market.
HP was the top vendor in the second quarter, with a market share of 22.8 percent. Lenovo was in second place, with a market share of 21.4 percent, and Dell was in third place, with a market share of 16.1 percent.
