The DVD includes live performances by Earth, Wind & Fire, The Isley Brothers, The O’Jays, Marvin Gaye, and Stevie Wonder. The performances were selected from the archives of the Soul Train television show.
The DVD has a total running time of 120 minutes. It includes an interview with Soul Train creator Don Cornelius, as well as bonus performances by The Commodores and The Spinners.
